Cancellation and refunds

How cancelling and refunds work for a Perimenopause Clarity subscription. This page is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
1. Trying it first
Your first 30 days are free. You can cancel at any time during the trial, and you won’t be charged.
2. Cancelling
Cancel any time from your Profile or through the link in your Paddle receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
3. Refunds within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, for any reason. After a free trial, the 14 days start when your first payment is taken. Go to paddle.net (or use the link in your receipt), or email us. Customers in Norway, the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland have this as a legal right of withdrawal too.
4. Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which handles refunds under its Refund Policy. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If something isn’t working, please tell us first. We’d rather fix it.
